Job Description
- Will handle confidential payroll engagement
- Checks payroll reports to ensure that reports by the payroll team are done on time, complete and accurate
- Ensures that payroll computations are in line with proper taxation and statutory requirements for compliance
- Initially approves employee OT request for approval of SL Head
- Helps in making a follow ups and meeting the collection forecast/target of the group
- Implements policies and procedures for payroll processing
- Monitors proper implementation
- Reports to SL Heads any concern and issues that may arise
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
- 3-5 years experience in payroll and accounting
- Knowledgeable in compensation, taxation and DOLE policies
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- With people management skills
- Can work with minimum supervision
- CPA is an advantage
