Job Description
- Handling Vendor Documentation, which includes Annual Supplier Review, Vendor Management File, Due Diligence Documentation, Supplier Directory, etc.;
- Purchase Order supporting documents consolidation;
- Validation of e-Purchase Request Approval (below 100K);
- Catalog upload and maintenance;
- Other administrative tasks related to the performance of the above mentioned
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-year Supply Chain Management or Business-related Degree
- With at least 1-year work experience related to Procurement or Supply Chain
- Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction to accomplish objectives
- Willing to work on OT, including Saturdays
- Willing to travel within and outside Metro Manila
- Willing to work in BGC
