Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in the updating of list of company vehicles
- Responsible in the budget preparation for insurance/PMS/registration of company vehicles
- Supervises in the administration of monthly fuel expenses including fuel credit for Managers and Up
- Supervises in the preparation and coordination for plant visit request
- Administers new and renewal of fleet insurance
- Check and monitor insurance renewal for company vehicles and carplan
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a four year course, preferably business or engineering
- At least 3-5 years experience with exposure in accounting functions
- Licensed Driver
- Knowledgeable in cost planning and control and logistics operation
- Amenable to work in Laguna
