Job Description
- Develops and implements the annual sales plan and sales budget for dealers and market sales.
- Responsible for managing sales personnel
- Accountable for establishing sales target and performance of dealers market, industrial market, galvaforce center, business developnment personnel
- Provides guidance and support to the galvaforece manager and ensures attainment of the targets and objectives of the galvaforce center program.
- Ensures the achievement of monthly sales targets by providing the needed manpower and logistical resources as well as training to correct underperformance of concerned sales personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation, analytical, budget management, and project management.
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, interactive, and performance management.
- At least 20 years of relevant work experience in sales (Construction related materials), 10 years of which must be a senior management position.
- Established solid network with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers nationwide for construction-related products.
- Must be a graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or other related courses.
