Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be the Single Point of Contact for all customers, clients, and business partners
- Handle key accounts, stakeholders and client segments, while maintaining a continuous healthy relationship with partners
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and solutions according to clients' needs and objectives
- Effectively liaise with stakeholders and business partners with reports and presentations
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Proactively acquire and maintain new and existing clients
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years sales experience in solution/consultative selling (cybersecurity, cloud, logistics, airline, fmcg)
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
