Job Description
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper sales mix and inventory balance for the fiscal year
- Support the monthly presentation development to executives by providing analysis on sales results, market share, incentives, inventory, etc.
- Execution of month-end sales and inventory reports with added analysis
- Support Sales & Production Planning department’s order and forecast execution
- Monthly, weekly and daily production set up and follow up;
- Work with Order Desk, procurement, manufacturing and other related functions, to closely manage the delivery commitment, material availability and capacity planning;
- PSI (Production-Sales-Inventory) focuses on sales & operations planning. It aims to balance the sales to customers with production capacities of the involved factories to maximize sales recognition with the lowest possible inventory levels.
- Solve issues and anticipate potential issues in close collaboration with global S&OP, other internal and external parties.
- Drive process improvements in Demand and Production planning processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineer or equivalent course.
- At least 5-years of related experience in the same or similar capacity gained in a manufacturing or medium-sized company handling a similar set-up.
- Willing to work in Cavite.
