Job Description
- Oversee all construction and project services activities.
- Supervise all personnel working on construction project including construction and project managers, field staff, and administrative personnel.
- Serve as primary customer contact.
- Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the project services team and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of the construction industry, business intelligence and solid knowledge of the overall project management services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Very Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word.
- Excellent knowledge of the construction industry and allied industries.
- Aptitude for financial analysis, P&L statements.
- Excellent research skills and ability to compile data.
- In depth understanding of the contracting business.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Ability to solve unstructured problems.
- Highly organized.
