Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee business development efforts for the company in assigned areas/clusters with a goal to on-board high-quality budget hotels on the company network
- Identify new hotels that meet standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner willingness and pitch the company’s partnership proposal
- Negotiate the company’s commercial agreement with interested hotels and sign-up rooms
- Strengthen relationship with existing hotel owners & other relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with other teams in the company such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance etc, ensure smooth functioning of hotels on day-to-day basis
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a four year course
- As least 2 years of extensive experience in business development, sales, or partner acquisition (preferably in ecommerce, hospitality, real estate industry)
- Good communication skills and able to articulate properly
- Preferably with Hospitality industry experience in preferred
- Amenable to work in the following locations, Batangas, Tagaytay, Iloilo, Boracay
