Job Description
- Manages the month-end closing process
- Prepares and consolidates balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items
- Owns the general ledger and other finance-related master data ensuring compliance with data governance policies and procedures.
- Manages the external audits and the quarterly financial audits performed by internal auditors.
- Provides support to the AP, Tax, and Financial Reporting Manager in the preparation of legal entity financial statement and notes disclosures, and other tax reporting requirements.
- Provides support in Finance policy development and in the area of internal controls implementation and compliance, and process improvements.
- Provides training to various stakeholders within the company on finance-related policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- CPA or CMA Passer
- Minimum of 7 years combined accounting, financial planning, and analysis, reporting or external audit experience, variance analysis, budget development, and business partnering background.
- Knowledge of internal controls and relevant business processes would be an advantage
- Preferably has experience in the manufacturing industry
- Amenable to work in Mariveles, Bataan
