Job Description
- Attend to all product concerns, inquiries, and complaints related to product quality issue.
- Prepare summary report of all product concerns related to product quality issues.
- Extend assistance to Dealers and coordinate with them internally to ensure immediate resolution to all their product quality issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- A College graduate with the course of Mechanical Engineering
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must have a driver's license
- Must be very proficient with MS Excel
