Job Description
- Develops marketing plans for assigned brands including product positioning, marketing communication, and product distribution.
- Regularly tracks and reviews analysis on sales and marketing data gathered and recommend appropriate action plans.
- Leads the execution of marketing plans for existing product portfolio or minor brands and monitoring and ensuring expected performance and health of the major brands handled based on related measurements such as Key Performance Indicators.
- Provides recommendation to Sales Manager with regard to the brand’s long-term strategy and opportunities for growth.
- Regularly seeks field input on program evaluation, market conditions, consumer insights, and competitive activities for developing marketing strategies.
- Conducts analysis and periodical review of brands, competitive landscape and consumer trends to develop programs that enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong marketing competency.
- Strong skills in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating marketing strategies for on-going and new products.
- Possess strong analytical, communication strategies and leadership collaborative skills
