Job Description
- Conducts regular field visits to assigned dealership and attends to the following areas of concerns:
- Product quality complaints, prolonged repairs, and hard to diagnose vehicle quality issues
- Gathers timely and accurate product quality issues and report to the head office.
- Monitors and follows-up progress of field fix/recall capture rate to ensure 90% to 100% completion
- Conducts actual repair of customer vehicle with Product Quality problem at the head office or dealer service center
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering course related preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- With good communication skills
- Must know how to drive with valid driver’s license
