- Plans, develops, implements and manages techniques, processes and procedures for controlling the desired level of quality for all milk products supplied to customers.
- Responsible for coordinating with production, maintenance, warehouse, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality problems.
- Ensures compliance with government regulatory agencies and other relevant standards.
- Establish and monitor production standards, examining samples of raw product or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of either Dairy Production, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or Food Technology and its related courses
- With three (3) years working experience as Assistant Manager or Manager specialized in Quality Control / Assurance in the Food Manufacturing Industry
- Proficient in ensuring standard procedures, specifications, are followed in QA activities including laboratory work processes
- Can ascertain areas of improvement to enhance method of conducting inspections, the sequence of operations and work assignments
- Highly knowledgeable and trained in GMP, 5S, Food Safety and HACCP
