- Supervise and lead production line operation efficiently and effectively in accordance with plant policies and procedures and ensuring a smooth production operation during shift.
- Responsible for reviewing variances and developing corrective actions to achieve production objectives.
- Responsible for promoting safety consciousness and compliance with safety procedures within the processing plant.
- Regularly coordinates with plant Maintenance to ensure all plant machinery and equipment are always in top running condition.
- Ensure compliance to plant production process requirements; knowledgeable on GMP, 5S, Food Safety and HACCP.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate, preferably Engineering or its equivalent
- With at least two (2) years experience as Production Supervisor in the Food Manufacturing Industry
- Well-organized, diligent and keen on details; can prepare and submit timely Production reports
- Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
