- Does Administrative and Maintenance duties in a residential and commercial property operation.
- Processes payment of property taxes.
- Pays bills, collects rent, and establishes leases with tenants.
- Works on site, and communicates with tenants or homeowners on issues pertaining to property concerns.
- Writes newsletters and updates financial records.
- Informs Management of issues pertaining to the tenants and the property.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management , Marketing, or courses related to Property Management.
- 1-2 years working experience in Residential Leasing or Property Management.
- Knowledge and experience resolving problems concerning issues with the property or tenants.
- Well-developed customer service and sales skills is a plus.
- Good oral and written communication and time management skills.
- Has the following computer skills:
- Create spread sheets
- Databases
- Documents and publish such documents as posters and fliers
