- Checks and ensures that the raw milk, intermediate milk products, and processed milk products meet the set quality standards.
- Helps set up and manage quality control systems.
- Performs standardized qualitative and quantitative tests to determine physical or chemical properties and microbiological analysis of company’s milk products.
- Record and compile test results, and prepare graphs, charts, and reports.
- Performs and documents testing of materials and finished products.
- Performs microbiological analysis of raw materials and finished products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of either Dairy Production, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or Food Technology and/or related courses
- Can perform Chemical Analysis of raw materials and manufactured products.
- Able to compute simple mathematical calculations.
- Can communicate effectively and accurately, both verbally and in writing.
- Can work well with peers and supervisors in a team process.
