Operating consists of absolute mastery of one’s crafts, training with no compromises or shortcuts while delivering world-class results. Before Operating, our Migos are equipped and trained to Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome the many challenges faced during the execution of our mission. They develop the skills necessary to become the best at what they do across a wide range of operational responsibilities.

Team-specific requirements: Subtitling and Translation

Duties:

Provide quality subtitles for a wide range of television and broadcast output, interpreting the soundtrack of a program and editing into clear, easy-to-read subtitles retaining the full sense and flavor of the program.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe movies, TV Drama other form of media into Tagalog and English language.
• Translating words, but also meaning and cultural expressions, verify subtitles to ensure accuracy
• Making sure that subtitles are in sync with content materials in time-text manner.

• Strong in Filipino, English grammar and aural skills, with the ability ultimately transcribe and translate spoken dialogue of a vast array of content.
• Can work independently and efficiently under a time constraint, as well as the ability to collaborate with others.
• Self-motivating and have a passion for creating great content.
• Interested in diverse media, such as Movies, TV drama and documentaries
• Detail-oriented and time-sensitive.
• Ability to follow guidelines, to identify exceptions and to have the resourcefulness to handle them is a necessity.
• 60 -70 WPM Typing
• Strong Transcription Skills.
• Purpose Driven.
• Strong hunger for learning.
• Open-mindedness.
• Highly adaptable.
