Job Description
As a Business Operations at Midtrans, you will be given a task to ensure transactions operations within Midtrans. You should be able to understand the business, technical, and financial related online transactions to provide solutions or SOPs to solve cases, increase success rate, and design complaint handling. You will provide reports, which needs your data & analytical ability to find values from transactions data. You will have to be a great communicator to business partners and technical team with clarity in their language. You will also have to be a great decision maker, since every case might need custom solutions to be made in a very short time.
You are independent, curious, fast-learner, and sharp. You will be able to work on your own to get things done without a lot of mentoring. You have a high-initiative and are able to blend the solutions with each team & partner's requirement, as well as make sure they are well implemented.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Structuring standards for complaint handling
- Collaborate & negotiate with business, technical team, and partners to solve transaction cases
- Transaction data reporting & visualization for management
Minimum Qualifications
- Data-driven and good at data analytics, expert in Ms. Excel and Tableau
- Information System or Information Technology background is desirable
- Min. 1 year experience as a Business Analyst
- Business process oriented and has strong business mindset
- Good at communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage work deadlines with appropriate prioritization
