Job Description
MicroSourcing's client is looking for talented Customer Service Representatives to join their fun and dynamic team. You will be supporting an account based in North America, which is a leading online contact lenses and prescription glasses retailer. This is a customer focused account, no hard selling required!
Key results areas include but are not limited to the ff:
- Customer service calls with focus on customer satisfaction
- Respond to inbound sales and customer service inquiries (phone, email or web chat)
- Verify customers' orders
- Resolve returns and exchanges for customers
- Sales through excellent customer service (NO HARD SELLING)
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with at least 6 months of call center experience
- Also open to applicants with no working experience
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Can “think outside the box” and provide creative solutions
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Willing to work at our Ortigas site on a shifting schedule
