Job Description
Responsibilities:
HIGH QUALITY PROCESSING ASSISTANCE
- Ensure all client documentation is professionally presented
COMPLIANCE
- Ensure all processing requests are maintained within the CRM
- Ensuring you work within the bounds of your experience, qualification and duties to ensure you comply with the Code of practice, relevant statutory and industry requirements and codes.
- Maintain on-going professional development hours as required
GENERAL
- Expected to complete administrative, strategic and general tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience with non-life insurance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Amenable to work in an early morning shift at Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City
