Job Description
We are in need of customer service- oriented, Insurance Processing Support Specialist for an Australian Insurance Brokerage Firm!
Here, we strive to challenge the status quo of typical insurance broking. In our practice we believe that all clients are equal and endeavor to provide the most appropriate insurance solutions for each client whether it’s a small car insurance policy or a large business portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all processing requests are maintained within the CRM
- Ensuring you work within the bounds of your experience, qualification and duties to ensure you comply with the Code of practice, relevant statutory and industry requirements and codes.
- Maintain on-going professional development hours as required
- Expected to complete administrative, strategic and general tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Australian general insurance background
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Amenable to work in an early morning shift at Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City
