Job Description
What will you do?
- You will work in Microsoft Word and Excel to create commercial appraisal reports.
- You will receive an email for each report containing photos of the property being appraised, additional PDF documents, and Word and Excel files.
- You will receive a screen recording video from the client explaining how to complete the tasks and the report.
- You will be expected to learn how to pull comparable sales and comparable rentals for the property being appraised.
- You will enter data into tables in Excel.
- You will type the appraisal report in Word using a “Template” for each report that I provide.
Minimum Qualifications
- You must be a Certified Real Estate Appraiser with experience appraising commercial real estate.
- With experience in reporting tools (MS Excel, etc.)
- Willing to be assigned in Eastwood Libis, Quezon City
