Marketing Associate | MOA


Job Description

  • Managing up to three email inboxes: marketing, sales and sponsorship
  • Assisting with communications and marketing activities: setting up, proofing and sending emails, briefing internal teams about the sends, collating lists for communications, collating send statistics
  • Assisting with participation to conferences: booking conferences, maintain conference checklist and calendar, maintain database, sending pre and post conference communications
  • Assisting with event management: collating list, obtaining quotes from venues and suppliers, setting up and sending email and hard copy invitations, RSVP monitoring, post event communications
  • Responsible for updating our Customer Relationship Management system to ensure up-to-date details are maintained for existing partners and contacts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Commerce/Communications/Advertising/Business Management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 2 or more years of experience in marketing, communication or stakeholder management
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure through peaks of workload even with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
