Job Description
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Customer support activities including online chat
- Allocating bookings to service professionals and ensuring all jobs for the upcoming day have been allocated
- Responding to leads generated for potential new sales via online channels
- Monitoring customer support channels outside of Australian working hours, to deal with any emergencies or last-minute booking requests.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Support role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience using Zendesk, Google Drive, Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
