Job Description

MicroSourcing Philippines Inc. is looking for a Technical Support Representative who will be working for a POS and Online Ordering System provider to the hospitality industry in Australia.

You will be working in an environment wherein we embrace changes and strive for improvement. We work as a team and care about others, colleagues, customers and what we do.

The successful candidate will be responsible of the following:

Answer inbound support calls and enter into the system (Zendesk)
Conduct basic troubleshooting with customer before escalating to a level 2 technician
Complete inbound email tickets and integration related tickets (Basic remote installations of software, Online Ordering System)

Minimum Qualifications

Must be familiar with email, web browsers, Microsoft Office
Experience with ZenDesk or similar ticketing software a plus
Experience with SugarCRM or similar CRM software a plus
Understanding basic network concepts like TCP/IP and port forwarding
Any Customer Service and Technical Support experience
Looking for a graduate of an IT degree with at least 2 years experience in a similar role
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
