Job Description
As a Senior CSR, you will mainly be responsible for:
- Learn store products and ask questions to ensure that what you are learning about the products follows our guidelines.
- Answer all calls in a prompt manner.
- Answer Live Chats and reply to customers in a timely manner.
- Answer all tickets (emails) in a timely manner.
- If you do not know an answer, ask for help.
- All communication will be done in a courteous manner- our customers are our top priority.
- Attendance is a must.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Work in transition as pioneer staff for Divine Wellness
- Team management.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years CSR experience minimum - high volume
- 1-2 years of handling a team of CSR/TSRs as a Team Lead
- Must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree or any vocational/associate course
- Customer Service experience, which includes phone calls, emails, and Live Chats.
- Ability to multi-task and follow procedures.
- Ability to use different software programs, switching back and forth between them, ensuring that all information is in the correct location.
- Courteous, friendly, proficient in the English language.
- Accountability.
- Take pride in your job and your employer
- Must be willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis for a GRAVEYARD schedule.
