Accounts Receivable Administrator


Job Description

Assignee Deductions

  • Provide day to day support to the Finance Team on all assignee recoverable items
  • Assist with the management of medical and tools of trade invoices
  • Distribute Letters of Demand to former on-hire employees to assist in the recovery of money owing if applicable
  • Assist with the ART reporting process where required
  • Manage Termination deductions to recoup funds from terminated temp workforce

Wage Subsidies

  • Assist the Finance team to manage all wage subsidy income streams by processing invoices, responding to queries and ad-hoc tasks as directed

Accounts Receivable

  • Management of debtor accounts by effective debt recovery techniques
  • Maintain & check existing client credit terms, limits and contacts details
  • Sending high risk debts to Debt collections agency including utilizing State based Claims Tribunal agencies
  • Weekly review of ledger with management
  • Resolving queries received from clients
  • Manage cash receipting for incoming debtor payments
  • Identifying delinquent accounts and potential debt issues to management and effecting strategies to minimise risk
  • Maintain collections portal with all collection activities
  • Work closely with Sales & Payroll department, ensuring effective management of our clients.

Expense Claims

  • Process internal staff Expense Claims and process for approval

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree - Accounting or any Finance related course.
  • At least 3+ years’ experience in a similar role and industry
  • 3+ years’ experience of high-level debt recovery in the Australian territory
  • Internal and external Customer Service Skills
