Reports Analyst (US Client) | Eastwood  

• Analyze official documentation from procurements produced by the United States governments at the state and local market level
• These documents typically consist of the Request for proposal, submitted proposals from vendors who participated, and executed contract with the winning vendor
• The documents can also include scoring, detailed vendor technical and cost proposals, evaluation notes, and other relevant information. Documents can vary in length and complexity
• Develop working knowledge of the various competitor solutions. The client typically competes in procurements that focus six core offerings including eligibility & enrollment, provider services, consulting, assessments, child support services and workforce services.
• Extract data from proposals and analyze patterns and behaviors of other vendors that were part of the procurement
• Synthesize relevant information to help inform target audience of the objective reasoning behind the win or loss of a procurement
• Manipulate Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Seek direct feedback from contact person around deliverables produced to improve both efficiency and quality of final product
• Attend calls with contact person consistent with time zone considerations in client geography
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all provided documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Thorough comprehension and speaking of the English language and ability to read extensive documentation with hundreds of pages
• Ability to digest and analyze documents such as vendor proposals, scoring evaluations, Excel files with cost and budgeting information
• Basic computer knowledge and aptitude
• Intermediate experience with programs such as Microsoft Office, in particular, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader
• Understanding of the United States bidding and procurement processes at the state and local levels
• Previous experience in an analyst role
• Previous experience with computers and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
