Job Description
We are starting a team of technical support representatives for a developer and manufacturer of 3D scanners and CAD/CAM software solutions for the dental and audio industries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the client’s partners and end-users regarding various inquiries
- CRM Case logging and documentation
- Manage escalations effectively
- Other tasks as required
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service / technical support experience in the BPO industry.
- Background in dental technical support would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule (AU or EU working hours – based on business need) in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City
