Job Description
MicroSourcing Philippines Inc. is looking for an HR Administrator for the leading Australian engineering group providing construction, maintenance, and industrial services to the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors. Our client is involved in some of Australia’s biggest and most complex projects and facilities, reflecting their position as a leader in our chosen markets.
This role has the responsibility for actioning HR transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the HR and Payroll teams to provide exemplary customer service to a range of key internal customers.
Key responsibilities of this role:
- Updating and maintaining data integrity of employee records in Alesco (HR System), Active Directory and JDE (Business Information Systems).
- Updating employee files and providing required information to payroll.
- Effectively using work instructions and reference materials to complete tasks and answer queries.
- Liaising and communicating effectively with the HR Process & Data Management team.
- Providing administrative support to the wider HR team, i.e. running reports, supporting service awards, emailing reminders and providing documentation.
- Timely and accurate processing of HR administration activities.
- Managing an inbox, assigning tasks and using task management tools to track workload.
- Managing the transactional aspects of the employment life cycle (from onboarding to termination)
Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- A high degree of discretion in working with confidential information
- Experience with Alesco (also known as Ascender) or similar HR information systems
- Strong computer skills, especially Word and Excel proficient (intermediate)
- Some knowledge in Australia Payroll (Government Forms and Policies) would be an advantage but not required
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- High focus on customer service
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
