Job Description
The role is responsible for understanding their assigned clients claim systems and payment policies so they may document requirements for implementing services and rule engine components either during the initial and/or subsequent phase of implementation. They are also responsible for supporting their clients during maintenance periods which may require researching issues, analyzing software behavior and remediating defects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Amenable to work in a night shift schedule.
- Amenable to work in BGC.
- Effectively work as a ClaimsXten rules development SME on client implementations.
- Medical claims experience within payor environment deal.
- SDLC exposure needed.
- High level of understanding payor environments and claims management, different customer segments, claim architecture, infrastructure and multiple platforms.
- Understands medical terminology, healthcare industry terminology, and medical coding terminology.
