Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make targeted outbound calls to offer-holders to maximize student confirmations and ultimately enrollments
- Respond to student inquiries and assisting students primarily via telephone and email
- Adhere to pre-agreed service level commitments
- Maintain data integrity protocols, ensuring it is consistently and accurately recorded
- Undertake such other duties as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Vocational Degree, any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent communication skills including an excellent standard of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of the higher education / International student market
- Experience of using a CRM tool is a plus
- Sales and Customer Service oriented
- A positive, can-do attitude and high level of initiative
- Ability to perform well under pressure and multi-task
- Experience of working in a proactive manner
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and ability to meet established deadlines
- Ability to maintain focus and perspective at all times
- Amenable to work in MOA Pasay for a Midshift schedule
