Job Description
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for responding to incoming Internet leads and sales calls, as well as making outbound phone calls to potential and existing clients. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to inbound Internet leads by phone and email with the goal of scheduling sales appointments.
- Confirming all sales appointments and rescheduling missed appointments
- Providing adequate and accurate vehicle information to prospects
- Utilize CRM system to record all work completed, as well as assist managers and sales associates with the input of new information
- Communicates consistently with BDC manager and reports all activity to them
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Collections, Customer Service
- Willing to work in Eastwood on a night shift schedule
- Positive energy and an enthusiastic demeanor
- Exceptional communication skills
