MicroSourcing is looking for a Compliance Analyst for a Television Network Company in US!
As a Compliance Analyst, you will utilize data privacy compliance software to respond to customer data-related inquiries. You should be able to work with minimal oversight, using independent judgment and discretion to interact with consumers and respond to requests. You must be able to assess information, investigate issues, identify solutions, and escalate inquiries when necessary, ultimately navigating consumers to the best possible solutions. Training will be provided, and you are expected to develop a strong conceptual understanding of the relationships between different systems. Team player with excellent communication skills a must. You may be asked to support other groups in the company in a generalist role, including but not limited to the areas of Analytics, Program Management, and Quality Assurance.
- Work independently to manage California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) compliance platform functionalities.
- Prepare for customer inquiries by understanding products, services, and customer service workflows. (Training will be provided).
- Monitor multiple consumer inquiries simultaneously and determine workflow path for each inquiry based on the user submission response. Comply with deadlines for inquiry resolution.
- Assess messages to recognize, manage and effectively communicate situations that require escalation.
- Access 1st party and 3rd party systems to retrieve and update information.
- Support compliance efforts across different platforms and brands.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with managing GDPR or similar legal data inquiries
- Working with and managing a third-party platform
- Background in customer service and digital product support
- Information analysis
- Organization and attention to detail
- Familiarity with system administration and management (OneTrust software specifically a plus)
- Have attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting skills and documentation capabilities.
- Have basic understanding of web technologies and terms (e.g. browsers, mobile apps, website cookies, iframes, APIs, databases, etc)
- Are an effective communicator (both verbal and written) and work well cross-functionally
- Have a customer-focused mindset and ability to multi-task
