Senior Digital Marketing Specialist  

Support the Brisbane based Marketing Manager with the following:

• Assisting in the creation of an inbound marketing strategy which aligns with the overall marketing strategy and outbound strategy
• Planning, implementing, co-ordinating and managing hubspot platform
• Management of all digital marketing platforms such as website & blogs, hubspot, youtube etc
• Monthly reporting on all digital platforms effectiveness and work with the Marketing Manager to provide recommendations on improvements
• Content marketing plan for all digital platforms that will build and engage our New Zealand and Australia community
• Attracting a steady flow of traffic to Stellar’s digital platforms that will build and engage our community
• Attracting a steady flow of traffic to Stellar’s digital platforms with quality SEO and SEM practices
• Creation and management of marketing qualified leads program
• Researching and keeping on-top of industry technology trends that are relevant for the recruitment industry
• Experienced with SharePoint intranet design
• Internal digital marketing advocacy and change management for our digital journey
• Supporting the department in general Marketing activities as needed

• Demonstrates high level of understanding in all areas of Digital Marketing
• Good understanding of the company’s service offering to ensure ability to provide digital advice
• Proven experience providing digital marketing technical advice on best practice strategies
• Proven ability to achieve digital marketing goals
• Strong technical understanding of all digital platforms such as – various CRM and CMS, google analytics, Hubspot, Hootsuite, all social media networks and any other relevant digital platforms we should be using
• Ability to converse with internal employees at all levels
• Excellent written and oral English
• Excellent Attention to detail, ability to complete tasks even when repetitive,
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), can identify issues and communicate them, organized, positive attitude, acknowledges mistakes and learns from them,
• Ability to seek guidance and advice when required
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word expertise, ability to learn other applications
