Job Description
Operations Assistance
- Light project management in monday.com
- Coordinating handover of tasks between contractors
- Managing access to boards, shared folders and files
- Following up content from existing clients by usually email
- File Management - keeping everything tidy and where we can find it
- Identifying delays in projects and reporting back to Operations Manager
Sales Coordination
- Administration support for Sales Manager
- Help track Sales Funnel and next actions
- Manage database communication
- Reply to email inquiries
- Draft sales proposals and presentations in google docs
Database management - Active Campaign
- Active campaign automations
- Email creation
- List building and cleansing
- Set up links to other programs through zapier - zoom, monday.com, seoptimer
- Set up web forms in active campaign
Training Administration
- Loading training on to LMS
- Putting together power points
Social media management for Focus on Growth
- Calendar creation
- Post creation - facebook, instagram, linkedin, twitter
- Scheduling (we use eclincher currently)
- Responding to comments
- Manage LinkedIn messaging campaign
- Tracking metrics for both organic and paid campaigns

Minimum Qualifications
- Organised
- Great written communication and grammar (Australian spelling)
- Good verbal communication

- Capable user of the following programs:
- Monday.com
- ActiveCampaign
- Zapier
- eClincher
- Wordpress - basic, able to load articles and images
- Social Media training
- SEO basic knowledge
- Social Media Coordinator/Manager
- Marketing Assistant with social media exposure
- Executive Assistant
