Job Description
A Technology Solutions company based in Australia is currently looking for a well-rounded Technical Support. Responsibilities include:
- To resolve both internal and external customers technical queries
- Where necessary to answer the phone and provide a call logging role
- Provide desktop support to ensure the problem is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible
- To liaise with customers over email and phone
- To maintain accurate records of work completed
- To assist the Project team where necessary on project implementations
- To assist the Support Manager with tasks as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of technology-related course
- With 1 – 2 years technical support experience
- Knowledgeable with Office 365 user support,Office 365 administration – Exchange, SharePoint, Windows 10 desktop support
- With basic iPhone/Android phone support
- Ideally will have worked with an IT service provider
- Ideally some Mac skills (not essential)
