Deployment Project Manager  

• Plan and schedule remote deployments of software to customer sites
• Manage customer communications to provide clear planning and direction
• Coordinate with Support staff to ensure all information relevant to the deployment is captured and documented
• Track deployment progress through existing tools
• Assist in creating a standard model for planning and executing updates
• Assist in the development of new tracking tools and workflows
• Work with R&D and Product Management on software deployment strategies and tools
• Work with R&D on update process enhancements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or related experience.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical support environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience administering Windows operating systems

• Experience with Horizon Cardiology minor version, service pack and PTF updates

• Extensive experience with all aspects of Horizon Cardiology Software, and integrated products.

• Highly developed organizational skills and time management ability

• Thrive in working in a fast paced environment, multi-task and demonstrate flexibility

• Self starter and team player with exceptional commitment to providing superior proactive customer service

• Strong understanding of enterprise system administration.

• Knowledge of clinical workflow
