We are looking for Appointment Setters for a US Account!

YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Using the client's CRM database to locate leads (people who have requested more information about the services), call the leads, and set an appointment for our Benefits Specialists to perform a consultation. Some of our consultations are face-to-face and some are over the phone. The Benefits Specialist work on straight commission so it is very important that they have the proper amount of appointments on a daily basis.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• This position calls for an excellent communication skills, exceptional English language ability, outgoing personality, someone who enjoys working on the phone, and is good with reporting, emailing, etc.
• Computer savvy
• We would prefer someone with phone experience especially Appointment Setting experience. This is not “cold calling” – appointment setter would be calling qualified leads which are very expensive to the company, therefore, they will need exceptional English speaking ability
• A candidate who is willing to work in MOA site on a dayshift schedule (Shift starts at 4AM)
