Job Description
- Process Mapping, documentation
- Procedure / Knowledge writing
- Creation of training materials
- Training the staff
- People Management
- Manage individual performance, determine the root cause of underperformance and ensure corrective action
- Manage and report statistics to clients
- Regular conference calls with clients
- Ensure awareness amongst all staff of the business of the common goals
- Assist with recruitment including interviews
- Driving a team to ensure high performance, exceeding KPIs
- Lead recruitment activities including interviewing
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree Qualified
- Qualification in Lean Six Sigma
- +3 years experience as a Team Leader handling non-life Australian insurance
- Experience in Financial Services (Insurance) / Professional Services preferable with exposure to customer and staff processes and procedures
- Experience in Australian Financial Services – Banks, Insurance highly desired
- Experience in Offshoring/Outsourcing company
- Experience in a start-up is desired
