Job Description
- Manage medical claims & denial management for doctors and hospitals.
- Make sure claims are being paid, whether it be from insurance payers or patients.
- Working accounts assigned – looking at a patient account, determining where the balance is coming from (with claims), then taking appropriate action to make sure they’re in the process of being paid by either insurance companies or patients.
- Daily communication with patients and insurance carriers.
- Managing rejected claims, resubmitting claims.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Claims and Benefits
- As much as possible with offshoring, someone who has worked in US RCM, medical billing area would be the best
- Basic math skills (finding percentages), problem-solving skills, team-oriented
- Excellent communication skills with a minimal accent as possible
- Medical/insurance billing terminology/understanding a plus
- Self-starter, someone who demonstrates cognitive ability to think outside the box, and not follow a script.
- Someone who will ask questions.
- Good with customers/patients.
- Willing to work in EASTWOOD, LIBIS, QUEZON CITY
