Job Description
MicroSourcing is currently hiring for Product Support Processor for one of our Australian Mortgage Broking Firm:
As a Product Support Processor you will:
- Be responsible for action the emails/requests from Lender within acceptable SLA.
- Create new products, delete products or update the Product’s details such as Interest Rate, Upload Documents, useful contact details, updating internal Dashboard and not limited to these activities alone.
- Follow up regularly with lenders about the extension of the available lender product offers.
- Quarterly and Half-Yearly audit to be performed on lender products. Strict Quality targets expected as the processor is updating Live software in real-time.
- All emails received in the inbox before 15:30 AEST should be actioned, 100% quality is expected.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree.
- Relevant experience working in a busy Banking or Financial industry administrative or support role
- Experience with Dynamics CRM or similar
- Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, MS Word and Intermediate in Excel
- Experience in lender products or the Mortgage services/ banking industry is beneficial
- Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong time management skills & the ability to priorities tasks
- Ability to exercise confidentiality and maintain discretion with sensitive information
- The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail Ability to follow defined procedures, yet inquisitive to question where process improvements could be made
- Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City for DAYSHIFT account.
