Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions over the phone
- Help set up 3-way bank call for the Loan Processors
- Does Outbound calls to the customer for reminders
- Handle the email service and respond as needed
- Support back-office tasks for the Loan Processors
- Check text messages from customers and respond accordingly
Minimum Qualifications
- Call center experience but not required
- FRESH GRADS are very welcome to apply
- Must have good phone skills
- Easy to understand on the phone
- Proficient in English both verbal and written
- Good attention to details
- Customer service-oriented
- Can easily adapt to protocols set forth by company and ability to follow guidelines (highly trainable)
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft applications
- At least 35 WPM on Typing Test with 80% accuracy
