Account Manager  

We are looking for a Project Manager to be part of our growing team. We work closely with leaders to identify the critical issues within their organization and understand the root causes that are driving them.

The Project Manager is a role that manages and executes a data collection and data analysis process. He/She will set up meetings with clients to collect information in an excel-based template, lead the data collection process with clients, manage and aggregate the collected data, and load the collected data into a system that will provide insights for the client.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Report and escalate to management as needed on project progress
• Coordinate and manages client meetings to ensure all data is collected on time
• Manage data collection process with clients to ensure data integrity
• Review or Quality Check collected data for inconsistencies and provide follow up with clients
• Combine collected data sets and load into a PowerBI dashboard.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have more than a year of experience with Client Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
• Background with Sharepoint and/or Power BI is preferred.
• Ability to work with large data sets.
• Above average English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willing to work in Mall of Asia Complex on a night shift schedule.
