Job Description
- Monitor updates and reports
- Create brands, offers, connect site, hosted client page, and smart overlay all based on new business & current clients needs
- Maintain the CMS system of clients
- Respond to inquiries via support inbox
- Email brands to get new codes
- Send weekly data to clients
- Process code checks for key clients and newsletter inclusions
- Audit live clients
- Handle research projects and B2B support
- Manage all inquiries and verifications
- Raise bug reports and code issues to the Manager
- Assist the UK operations team
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College degree, any field
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience with Customer Service (voice and non-voice)
- Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience in Client/Account Management is a plus
- Have worked or been previously involved with a startup or rapidly growing business
- Thorough and with attention to detail
- Familiar with UK and other English-speaking markets
- Willing to work at MOA Complex, Pasay City on SHIFTING schedules
