Operations Assistant

Job Description

  • Monitor updates and reports
  • Create brands, offers, connect site, hosted client page, and smart overlay all based on new business & current clients needs
  • Maintain the CMS system of clients
  • Respond to inquiries via support inbox
  • Email brands to get new codes
  • Send weekly data to clients
  • Process code checks for key clients and newsletter inclusions
  • Audit live clients
  • Handle research projects and B2B support
  • Manage all inquiries and verifications
  • Raise bug reports and code issues to the Manager
  • Assist the UK operations team

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College degree, any field
  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience with Customer Service (voice and non-voice)
  • Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience in Client/Account Management is a plus
  • Have worked or been previously involved with a startup or rapidly growing business
  • Thorough and with attention to detail
  • Familiar with UK and other English-speaking markets
  • Willing to work at MOA Complex, Pasay City on SHIFTING schedules
