Job Description
Provide accounting support and financial analysis as assigned within the time-frames allocated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Balanced scorecards (KPI’s)
- Support with Management Accounting Reporting process
- Perform A/c transactions and reconciliations
- Maintain corporate reporting calendar for internal and external meetings and reporting
- Assist with other data entry tasks – overheads analysis
- Review own work for accuracy
- Follow established procedures accurately and carefully
- Maintain and update accurate records in relevant archiving and filing systems
- Attending to email and phone queries from internal stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree - Accounting or any Finance related course.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role / industry
- JDE Edwards or similar ERP would be an advantage
- Strong computer skills - MS Office Suite particularly Word and advance Excel skills (ability to work with large volumes of data)
