- Coordinates with external agencies in line with compliance to related procedural and other mandatory requirements
- Maintains and monitors necessary records of the department and completes corresponding documentation and related reports
- Administers examination and other related talent sourcing procedures
- Provides assistance in the administration of training, coordinates with providers and monitors and updates training record of employees
- Supports and participates in the implementation of employee engagement programs
- Provides other support services in various areas of human capital management
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or equivalent.
- Experience in related field and with good communication skills.
- Team player, trustworthy, flexible, service oriented & organized.
- Able to drive four-wheel vehicle and with valid driver's license.
