Job Description

  1. Manage the whole process of project deployment and product adoption;
  2. Plan and conduct onboarding and training for new clients, and high-quality webinar forexisting ones;
  3. Conduct client meetings to communicate best practices, to develop plans for more function usage, to provide use case examples for leveraging key product functionality, and to communicate new feature releases;
  4. Closely manage and nurture clients to identify and eliminate risk attribution;
  5. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders within assigned clients;
  6. Analyze client trends and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to ensure quality standard, client requirements and product features are properly deployed and addressed;
  7. Partner with content development team and provide content feedback to help improve training programs and materials;
  8. Gain a solid understanding of products with ability to articulate how to best use and deploy the service.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Self-driven, organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work remotely and independently in a global team with a positive attitude.
