Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
- Provides secretarial services for the Admin Department
- Types business correspondence as assigned
- Answers telephone calls/inquiries and jot down requests when concerned personnel are not available, then relay urgent and important message through phone to concerned personnel.
- Receives, records incoming mails and distributes to the persons or department concerned.
- Other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
