Job Description
The Operations Assistant reports directly to the Operations Manager, and is mainly tasked to:
- monitor accounts receivables from purchasing clients;
- act as support staff to the company's franchise operations including inventory control, stock inventory tallies, and filing of inventory-related documents (e.g. daily sales reports, promodizer unit reports, etc.);
- monitor all mall lease agreements;
- assist in delivery receipt encoding;
- assist in the collation and encoding of vouchers/expenses as accustom staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Works efficiently under pressure;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Effective multi-tasker;
- Willing to do occasional field work;
- Preferably with experience as an executive assistant;
